Marc is the current Chief Development Officer for the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York (JCRC-NY) and has previously held development roles at the National Medal of Honor Museum, Navy SEAL Foundation, Jewish Federations of North America, and UJA-Federation of New York. He is a veteran U.S. Naval Intelligence Officer, having served with Naval Special Warfare’s SEAL Team TWO and Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Forces, with deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. His secondary naval training included Command/Physical Security, Operational Security (OpSec), Top Secret Control, Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection, and Intruder Detection Services.
Marc's affiliations include the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA), Association of Former Intelligence Officers (AFIO), The OSS Society, and the American Society for Industrial Security International (ASIS). He holds a BS in Finance and International Business from Texas A&M University, a Graduate Certificate in Advanced International Affairs from The Bush School of Government and Public Service, and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis’ Olin Business School.
Marc is also a Navy SEAL Foundation Ambassador, Treasurer for the American Friends of Israel Navy SEALs, and a board member of Texas A&M University Hillel.
